Ingredients | Easy Oatmeal Cookie Recipes With Few Ingredients1 cup margarine, softened½ cup packed brown sugar1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix¼ cup water1 egg2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal1 ¼ cups chopped pecans3 tablespoons bourbon (such as Maker's Mark®)DirectionsPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Cream margarine and brown sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer. Add 1/2 of the cake mix, water, and egg; blend thoroughly.
