Grease a 9x13 inch pan.In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar, until smooth. Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt: stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the quick oats and raisins. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are starting to brown.
