Ingredients | Dinner Recipes With Chicken And Pasta4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce1 (14 ounce) jar roasted Italian cherry peppers, drained and chopped5 fresh mushrooms, sliced1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons brown sugar¼ cup red wine¼ cup olive oil1 (16 ounce) package linguini pastaDirectionsIn large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic; saute until tender. Add chicken, and cook until no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce, wine, and brown sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add drained and sliced roasted red peppers, and simmer 5 minutes more.Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
